HMIS & Reporting

The CoCs Homeless Management Information System is housed in ETO ASIST-- a web-enabled data collection and reporting system provided by Social Solutions and administered by the MA Department of Housing and Community Development(DHCD). ETO ASIST uses a reporting platform called HomelessData.com provided by Simtech Solutions.

HMIS Updates

We have posted updated Intake and Exit forms to correspond to HUDs October 2016 critical data entry changes. We've created a local version in PDF and Word: Jump to the links. HUD has also provided a set of updated forms which aren't posted to their resource page yet, but are available at our CoCs Google Drive: Jump to the links.

HUD has created an interactive training that helps new HMIS users orient themselves toward required universal data elements and their definitions.
